6 Days still waiting for feedback

I've sent through a reservation email over a week ago and I did receive a response informing me that the dates are fully booked. I sent a follow up email requesting available dates and till now I haven't received any response. I can't buy any flight tickets, make booking at places I want to go to because they are not responding to my request. This is beyond bad service.
