591 points to qualify for Black Status reversed

I had been a very loyal Southern Sun club member *** of many years. BUT truly disappointed with Tsogosun Rewards Programme, and think Prokard Protea loyalty seems stable and fair.<br> <br> On February 6, 2015 - I was on Tsogosun website to order a new Membership Card since my old card is the Southern Sun card. I needed 591 points to be upgraded from Platinum Status to Black Status. I had used my last cents to specifically book Southern Sun Newlands to check in Monday February 9 and check out February 13, 2015, spent a total costs of +R7 900 for 4 nights with the hope of qualifying me for Black Status, and then order a new Black Status card.<br> <br> To my HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT AND DISGUST, my hard earned points had been reversed to zero on Platinum Status, and now require a 3455 points to get to the status I already qualified for. <br> Tsogo Sun you are not the only hotel group, you are dishonest & *********. I had enjoyed being a loyal customer for years, and have worked hard to earn my points.<br> <br> I DEMAND my points reinstated, OR happy to cancel future bookings - Pietermaritzburg Southern Sun check in May 26 - out June 1, and Southern Sun Bloemfontein check in April 23 - check out April 29.
