54 on Bath Hotel Pinky Mazibuko rude reception tarnishes Le Peti Chef image

The experience was outstanding but the venue of 54 on Bath Hotel has risk of causing material reputational damage to the professionalism of Le Petit Chef. Arrived to hotel of reception staff Pinky Mazibuko & Jane Kubheka who were rude to hotel customers then later experienced the same treatment while at recption bar after the show. I was threatened to be “taken outside & dealt with” by the rude & aggressive receptionist Pinky. She called security who were very professional after realizing how aggressive she was with me,even acting the same towards them. Nothing has been done about this receptionist & her colleague Jane Mazibuko who seemed to have been carrying on in this rude manner with all guests. This experience has tarnished my experience of both Le Petit Chef & the 54 on Bath Hotel. Earlier I witnessed these same employees at reception giving the same horrible, aggressive and threatening treatment to a family of tourists who were complaing and frustrated with the terrible service they were getting. Pinky was shouting and screaming at this family. We need tourism to revive the local hospitality economy but such behavior is what will worsen an already struggling industry
