5 star spa far from 5 star

<p>My Husband booked myself and a friend 2 x full body massages at the Arabella Hotel Spa. on 5th November 2016</p> <p>They firstly got my booking wrong and then they allocated a male spa the****** without first asking us if we felt comfortable with that. But my biggest issue was that this was by far the worse experience i have ever had at any Spa. Considering that Arabella spa charges 5 star prices for their treatments i expected the 5 star service. After caling the spa manager on the Monday to explain to him in a very polite manner why i was so unhappy with our experience he CONFESSED that they not up to standard. </p> <p>I was a bit shocked that they have not even contacted us to try to compensate us for the terrible experience. </p> <p>In my opinion DO NOT visit this spa for any massage treatments. Their pedicures and facilities are amazing but their spa treatments are amateur and a huge waste of your valued money. </p>
