5 star resort ?

Rooms old and need updating....service in the lunch and dinner venue was beyond poor... ( the people at the adjacent table got up and left after waiting over an hour and half for their food)... our toasted sandwiches took over 40 mins. As a 5 star resort at 5 star prices.... a very very disappointing experience.... definitely won't be back anytime soon. The 2 stars was for the breakfast ( only decent service and meal experience).
