2 Star service at a 4 Star Hotel.

The service at The Marine Hotel PE Reception was appalling. We had to wait about 20 minutes for our rooms to become available despite arranging prior to check in at 2pm. The breakfast was a disaster. No forks on our table. Most of the platter plates needed replenishment. One staff member prepared the eggs while a que of about 12 guests lined up to wait their turn to order eggs. As a 4 Star establishment the service left a lot to be desired.
