2 rooms - 2 small Kids

I am planning for my holiday in Durban during December, an called the Elangeni to make my booking. I explained to the lady that, we are 2 adults with 4 kids. I explained that my two small boys are only 2 years old and will sleep in a camper cot. She refused to give me a room and said that I need to book 2 rooms. I tried again to explain that my kids are all small and how would I manage to leave either of them alone in a room. She said well then me and hubby would need to sleep separately, WHAT KIND OF A FAMILY HOLIDAY WILL THAT BE? I again explained saying that my little ones are very small and that a camper cot will be suitable for them. I don't mind paying for the extra room but of what benefit will it be to me? She said she cant help or assist me, I need to find other accommodation. We always stay at the Elangeni and have never ever been treated like this before. This is crazy. I am not impressed with this at all. I guess all the advertising of family Fun in the sun, is just that, only an advert.
