1year without any feedback

Both myself and my husband are blind. We would like to visit the theampark of gold reef city to have a fun day out. Last year we sellibrated our first anniversary , and we thought it good to visit them. I contacted them to find out the prices, and they told me that no disabled person are alowd on the ride if they are not able to get off safely by themselves if something should happen. I was not prepared to leave it there, as we all have a rite to visit the park, they shouldn't make there problem myne. I asked for the theampark manager, Mpho to contack me and advise me what to do. after a long discussion he took it to the disibillity board, and asked there opinion on the matter. that was the last I heard, meatings was promised, as well as feedback, but non as yet, I also asked to who does Mpho report to, and the name Malcolm came up. I tried calling him numaris times, but unfortunitly no answer. so now what, it is discremanation to wards disabled, and I would like it to be sorted out. we are blind, not helpless
