<p>We were woken up at 1:15 AM by an emergency evacuation signal. After leaving through the stairs, some people from 25 floors, there was no proper assembly point and no one to guide the people. Some rooms couldn't even hear the signal. We got down to reception and not a single staff member is alerting us of what to do. A few minutes later, we were told that it was a false alarm. This was highly disappointing of Southern Sun. </p>
