Worst service imaginable

Disgusting and disgraceful service. I paid for my son's seat for picj up from airport but his flight was delayed. I called tge schuttke service to get him on the next one, but was tokd very bluntly NO i have to pay again, even when they had available seats. I asked for a refund and no suprise i got told NO. im not nor would anybody be interested in protocols when yoyr 15 year old child would be stranded at the airport but obvoiusly they dont give a damn. I will be taking this furtger and across as much social media as possible. There complete lack of empathy leaves me sick to my stomach. I will put it out there never to use these guys and use alternative shuttles.
