This shuttle service cancels buses

I called your office to ask about the 5:30 shuttle from king shaka and was advised its booked out from king shaka. I have been sitting here at the airport since 4:15 and your driver has not pitched to load the "full" bus. the only buses that were here are the airport shuttle bus and margate coach do no use this company they cancel buses
