Southern Shuttle - refund

I have complained to SA consumer complaints: https://www.saconsumercomplaints.co.za/your-rights/ and they are in the process of assisting me in recovering my fee for a ticket I could not use as this company refuses to give me a refund. I would suggest anyone else wronged by this company do the same.
