Rude driver and Monique

I had a very bad experience yesterday at 16h00. I was waiting for the shuttle in Durban Station car parking as advised, the shuttle arrived and I went there with my baggage. The driver shouted at me and he asked why am I inside the parking, i responded and told him its my first time using Durban station as pick up point and I was advised to be at the car park he started shouting in Afrikaans and then he missed my stop, I ask him why he is not stopping he said no one told him about my stop then when I showed him my itinerary he just said oh with an attitude, never apologised whatsoever. I feel really disresepected and this morning I reported this to the person that booked for me, Monique but she insuated that I am lying and said maybe the driver was just frustrated, like how is the drivers frustrations supposed to make me suffer and how is it justifiable that I need to be treated badly as a customer. I will never use Southern Shuttle again and my main concern is that even when you report this issue to them you end up like you are the bad person and they defend their bad behavior.
