NO SERVICE NO REFUND

My husband was booked on a flight to Kzn We booked southern shuttle for airport transfer We informed them that the flight was delayed They said it was no problem as there was another passenger they were collecting from that flight They left before the flight arrived They then say they wait for no one Send an email for the refund The next day their reply to the email is No Refunds cos they were at the airport They ripped us off by us paying in advance
