Left stranded at King Shaka international Airport.

My husband and I Flew to KwaZulu Natal on the 2 Jan 2016. We flew from OR Tambo to King Shaka airport. We had booked and paid for the Southern Shuttle bus to transport us to our destination, Scottburgh. Our flight was delayed and we disembarked at King Shaka at 9:20 am. The Shuttle bus was to collect us from the airport at 9:30 am I hurried to the pick up point and informed the driver that my husband was collecting our luggage and would be along presently. I phoned my husband in the presence of the driver he said he was on his way. the driver then said that due to airport regulations he had to leave the area and come back. He told me he would be back shortly. We then received an SMS from Southern Shuttle stating that the bus had left us behind. my husband then phoned and spoke to a lady at there office. She was hostile, unaccommodating and very unsympathetic to our situation. she offered nether alternative transport or compensation. The result was that we where just left stranded at King Shaka Airport.
