Beware, read the T&C's !!!

I was greatly disappointed with this service. I had booked a ticket on Saturday evening for the next day (Sunday). Due to an admin error on the airline's side, my flight was unexpectedly delayed. When contacting Southern Shuttle to enquire if I could change my booking, I was promptly informed that unless this is done 48 hours prior to the trip, no cancellations or amendments are allowed and I would have to forfeit my ticket and simply buy another one. Rest assured, I will never use this service again and would strongly urge any other prospective clients to do the same...
