BEWARE of the NO CARE Southern Shuttle

I recently took four flights to Durban. The first one from Kazakhstan was delayed by 17 hours. I moved all connecting flights a day later...MOST without extra cost. After travelling for three days and being exhausted the rude woman that answered the phone at the Southern Shuttle office told me "book another ticket". And this despite the fact that the shuttle for the next day might not even be full. Needless to say I will use the Margate Mini coach in future. My emails to Southern Shuttle went unanswered...as I expected.
