Abandoned at Airport

I would NOT recommend them at all. We were booked on a 13h00 shuttle but due to our flight being delayed we only landed in King Shaka Airport at 12h45 we immediately phoned them to inform them we have landed and are waiting for our bags and will then proceed to the shuttle. At 13h10 they phones us to inform us if we are not at the shuttle by 13h15 the shuttle will leave without us, and all their other shuttles for the day is fully booked so they will not be able to assist us with transport. We got our bags and was at the pick up point at 13h20 but the shuttle had already abandoned us on the airport. We had to arrange alternative transport from the airport at additional cost to us. They just told us that this was their rules. On our return trip however they changed rules for an American Passenger at their discretion as they turned back for a passenger which is also against their rules. When we tried to get a refund they refused.
