Faulty part and no guarantee of refund.
I ordered a part for my Toyota in the beginning of the year, which I received and sent to the mechanic, only to find out it didn't work. It's taken almost 5 months to get my full refund back of R3000, and now my calls and messages aren't even responded to, Eric has just vanished and the business is temporarily closed. How convenient.
