what an unreliable piece of garbage loan shark!!!!!!

The group of individuals at this company are not competent. I would advise against taking out a loan with them as they are not reliable. Although I have successfully obtained a loan from them twice in the past without any issues, my recent attempts have been disappointing. On three separate occasions, they failed to deposit the money as promised. Twice I had to cancel my loan application because they did not follow through on their commitment to provide same-day loans. Despite their assurances over the phone that my loan would be processed, they did not fulfill their promise. The same scenario occurred the second time - my application was approved, documents were signed, debit orders were set up, and required documents were uploaded, only for the approved loan to never materialize. I recently app**** for a loan on Monday for school fees, but as of Wednesday, there is no money pending in my account. Furthermore, their staff's attitude towards customers is unacceptable. I have had enough of this unreliable company.
