Useless customer service

I had an loan at Southern Finance, due to financial problem i got behind on payments. They gave me an bad review on my credit status. I then settled the full outstanding amount. All is well. But after one month, the bad review is still on my credit status and it still shows on my credit status that i owe them money. I have reported it 4 times and asked for assistance coz they are supposed to remove this from my credit status and update it that my account is paid in full. Everytime i just get the same mail telling me that they have send it to the credit department. But nothing happens. Its been one month and it's not updated yet. I have settled another account on the same day and in one week's time they have updated on my status.

I have contacted Southern Finance again. Spoke to Lizelle and asked her nicely if she can't just help me to find out what's going on or maybe just sent in the update again.. Just received the same email as before. This is unacceptable, its there responsibility to get this updated. And from the looks of it. They got there money so they don't give an ****.

Now im not able to do anything on my name due to Southern Finance keeps on coming up, and showing that i owe them money.

Im reporting them to the credit bureau. This is just bull ****. I even keep on getting emails from Southern Finance them self reminding me to pay my account with the outstanding amount i have already settled.

So by the looks of it, some one is not doing their job on updating anything on my account..
