My loan application was declined due to affordability however I have received and accepted the the debit check instruction and the loan relfects on my credit file.
I have sent numerous emails to Southern Finance who still have not responded. I just want the loan to be honored as agreed because this has affected my credit file but I have not recieved any funds.

Kindly note that the agreement that is sent is a Pre-agreement only and is subject to affordability.
We do a credit assessment with every loan Application. Should the affordability assessment not pass, the agreement is cancelled and a consultant will send you feedback that the loan was declined and you can retry the application
the next month. The Debi check mandate does not mean that the loan is approved as it is only seen as a means of Payment.
Should you wish us to confirm the assessment, you are welcome to send us the latest Pay slip or bank statement with your ID number to the email address provided on our website.
