Poor service

I am really irritated and your service. I send the application which I've signed twice now to two different people. I still haven't received confirmation that my loan will be paid into my account yet I had to accept a debicheck I was then told once debicheck is approved money will be processed. I will never be using your services again because clearly you are not as fast as efficient as you people say you are.
