Poor service and waste of time

I app**** for loan online, signed the agreement, approved the debicheck, but when I called to ask ,why the money has not cleared on my bank? they say, I cannot afford to pay the loan, why waste people's time, data and sending the contract agreement docuement, whereas at the end you won't even approve it.
