Poor customer service

<div>I am an existing client with you guys but the way the service is so bad, people just act like they doing you a favor,as if it's not a two way thing. I don't see the point of having a landline if the very same people you try and call,the likes of ***** ,they simply do not answer the phone,what's worse,emails are being checked and rep**** an entire day??for instance,I app**** for aid today,there was a back and forth in terms of getting my contract signed,I did that and sent it but still got asked to resend it again??what for?beats me....so I just wanted you to know that,this will be the last time I ask aid from this institute</div>
