Declined loan
I app**** for a loan and received all the documents and the debicheck. They cancelled my contract. I am very dissapointed in them as i have been a loyal client for past 2 years.

Kindly note that the agreement that is sent is a Pre-agreement only and is subject to affordability.
We do a credit assessment with every loan Application. Should the affordability assessment not pass, the agreement is cancelled and a consultant will send you feedback that the loan was declined and you can retry the application
the next month. The Debi check mandate does not mean that the loan is approved as it is only seen as a means of Payment.
Should you wish us to confirm the assessment, you are welcome to send us the latest Pay slip or bank statement with your ID number to the email address provided on our website.
