Complain

Complain... Someone used my particulars to apply for a personal loan at southern finance . The person deposited the money in my account. The money was deposited on the 4th February 2020 and also on the same date was transferred to another account. Surprisingly there was no notification about it. All my transactions notified me. On the 28th February I received notification of a debit order deduction starting that is payment for the loan I app**** from southern finance. I reversed the the debit order because I know that I didnt apply for a personal loan
