Bad service

I settled my account month end and when I checked with the credit bureaus yesterday my report was updated and says I'm now 4 months in arrears, I can't log a dispute as it says I need to wait atleast 40 days , my life and planning is in hold because of all this, I sent them an email last week and no o e has responded
