Bad business practices

Southern Finance is a ***** that list people for debt collectors for loans that we do not have any clue about. I have three loans which starts with Pm8@blinkf, or Pm8@fin that appears on my banking account. I am not the only person who is sitting with this problem and when you contact them there office's are closed or they are off duty, when you leave massages on their website they do not respond. Is there anyone that can assist me in this regard
