Southern corner eats bad services

Hello if I could I would give zero stars. I went on Uber eats. I saw a special buy one get one free. (First off my husband doesn't eat cheese) I phoned the restaurant to confirm can we erase the cheese and still get the special. The guy I spoke to said yes, ofcourse, he then added they also can deliver. I said oh that is wonderful. But I want the special - special burgers i ordered was Cheesy cheese burger and the crumber chicken burger. He said no problem, how can he take my order. I gave him the order and asked can he add chips, he said the burgers come with chips. I then confirmed it is the special buy one get one free once again he said yes. I asked wat is the delivery fee. He gave me the total of the order with the delivery fee. 3rd time confirming that it is 4 burgers and once again he said yes. I said thank you very much. After time he phoned and said he is here. I went down gave him the money plus tips. He said enjoy the food I said thank you. I went upstairs opened up the food containers. I told my husband I knew it. I phoned the guy I said hello, I asked for the special buy one get one free, he then said oh I understand what you mean, I am at the rest, i will phone you back. I said thank you. He phoned me and said he can bring me 2 more burgers for R75 extra. I told him why because it is buy one get one free. He said there was a misunderstanding. I then told him I will phone him back. Another guy from the rest, phoned me and said sorry only uber eats do this special. They pay for the extra burger. I then said but no one told me this. I did tell the guy who I have placed the order with we want to order through Uber eats and he did not mention the special is just for them. I am very shocked and upset. 3 times I have confirmed the order and this is what a person gets?!
