Still no refund

I was booked and paid to be moved by Southern Cape Movers earlier this month and was told on the morning of the move that they would not be able to assist me due to a breakdown. I was refunded a small portion of my original payments but here I sit almost two weeks later waiting for the bulk of my refund to be paid. They now tell me that I will have to wait 30 days for my refund. Completely unacceptable because, not only did they not render a service but are now not refunding what I had prepaid. Do not use this company. If you are looking for recommendations please message me and I will send you the details of the company that did assist me after I was dropped by Southern Cape Movers.
