Refund nightmare

Been begging this company for a refund on containers that they supply products in, which you need to pay a deposit up front. Now I need to register as a vendor and jump through a thousand hoops, while they hold my money ransom. They have the empty containers almost a month already. Now they are ignoring my requests to respond
