Still waiting for S****** papers

My brother and I bought a s****** from above mentioned motorcycle dealers on Wednesday/Thursday (last week). The papers to register the s****** didn't came along because according to Lynn ( the lady that did the deal) the computers at head office crushed. She did sent me a sms to inform me about the problem, and that she will keep me informed but that were the last that I heard from her. Today is Wednesday and still I didn't hear anything from SAM. They were suppose to deliver the papers with the s****** and they didn't. The s****** is bought cash and I even paid R350.00 delivery fees. We can not register the s****** without the necessary papers and we can not ride the s****** as long as it isn't registered with the Metro police department. It is not good business if the customers must phone the company by taking their own time and using their own airtime to phone any company for paper work. I am not begging for these papers but if I do not have the papers delivered to me by Friday, then SAM can come and collect their s****** and they must refund me the whole amount.......
