Forced to keep membership in order to get fees

In march 2015 i indicated to SAIBA that I would like to terminate my membership as I am in a completely different field and have no use for it. After a string of back and front emails I was informed that I needed to settle the July 2014 to June 2015 fees before I can terminate. At first I refused but eventually agreed as I was listed on the credit bureau. At the time of payment it was clear that I did not want to be a member anymore. I have sent countless of emails to this effect.. Yet I am billed for the July 2015 to June 2016 financial year. I was told that I need to serve notice 30 days before invoice is generated to terminate. I served notice in March 2015 for the July 2015 invoice. You do the maths.<br> <br> TERMINATE MY MEMBERSHIP!!
