No service at exam office

Can you kindly help me I've app**** for my National Diploma last year October and always when I go to the school and check if it has arrived they are always not in the office it's either they went for tea time or lunch it is very depressing going in out of school without any help even when you phone they don't even pick up it's really really really frustrating can anyone help me the Westgate campus
