South West Holster. Uncaring and no feedback on anything.
Terrible service no feedback and avoiding answering questions about your order. I'm waiting on a claw for my holster for 14 days and no response from the company via email or phone call. I did manage to get in contact with company owner via Instagram but he still failed to anything about my order. I understand making an entire holster takes 2 weeks and they also state on there website a lead time of 14 days but a simple claw made of paper thin kydex that breaks constantly one will think they will have many in stock because of the breaking problem or atleast put a order like that on higher priority list. I have been patient with company and a long term client of them and revered them to alot of people within the firearm community and so far nothing but bad feedback from the people who I referred. The holsters they make are still top tier holsters but the lack of communication and support ons claw that is 5cm by 5cm that is a bit unacceptable.
