Good day

i was register with south west gauteng college at randburg doing distance learning in HR so i had to pay 600 for securing exam of which i did but now i did not get study material cause the college did not receive it as yet i was told to come back the following day to collect cause they are waiting for them to be delivered k which was fine and mind you that we have to write assignment online and prepare for exam that will be taking place in November December i went to school to get the text books and still i did not receive any i continued calling them and going there as they kept on saying come we shall make a plan up-to this day i didn't receive anything i receive and email informing me that they wont refund me cause assignments and exams are two different things that cant affect or stop me to write my exam but now how can i write or prepare for exam if i don't have study material or any thing that will assist me with my exam i received a proof of registration yet still it doesn't do me any justice.

please help me get my refund i really need it....
