STUDENT PORTAL DEBACLE

Have been trying to login to the portal for over 5 months now. No assistance and even when they TRY to assist, we are required to have cellphones loaded with data. There's hardly anyone I'm the IT office, it stays locked for days sometimes. Everyone is just rude and mean, we get treated like things to be tossed all over the place. I haven't known peace ever since I set foot in this college. From security guards, cleaning stuff all the way to the HODs, it's just utter disrespect. Appauling doesn't even begin to explain the situation. The education department needs to help and intervene because not even the SRC bothers.
