Stilll waiting

I had app**** for an Edu care course early May this year, by then the course was still available as I had completed the application. I then received an sms 22 june 2015 advising me that they are still processing my app they will let me know if I qualify or not. I have been calling an no one seems to know what's happening with my application instead I get told I should apply for next year, head office could not assist the lady I spoke to Zandile had told me to go to the campus in Roodeport myself. By now I should have started with the course and not wait for next year. If admin was done properly I wouldn't be so fed up and stilll waiting. No one knows anything
