Poor Service

t is so unfortunate that while students fight for free Education some institutions are fulling around with students results not being issued, no explanations as to why half the class would fail a subject not only for a year but this has been going on for some years and yet the teachers have not been put to question and also refused to remark papers on students requests. Some results have been withheld and yet students are told to register even though the don't know their results, so how will they know which semester to register for. The results NEVER get released in time for the students to register and thereafter students are rushed to do things on time whereas it's the schools fault in the first place. When students ask about their results not teacher gas come forward with any valid explanation as to what's happening and this has demotivated and demoralised a lot of students and this making the students ************* to their parents as they themselves have no explanation as to what is going on. Can some who has any explanation as to what is happening at this campus please share some insight because this is affecting people's lives and finances and registration end next week
