No respond

I have been calling the college within the examination office almost twice a week I leave voice messages but will get no answer from the people that are working I believe I am not the 1st person to complain about bad service from the ladies that is working in the department. I wanted to check how far is my diploma they sit with them in their offices and never call students if they have arrived at the college. We should make followups kindly do something with the ladies or find someone else to do a better job.
