NEGLEGENCE WHEN WORKING WITH PEOPLE

I am very disappointed about what occurred....im now doing n5 Management assistance at South West Gauteng College Names: Palesa Mahloane I'd no:*** Email :***. . I have a situation and need your assistance in advising me what to do. . When I started my n4 at this institution. I app**** for accomodation and not transport....indeed I received accommodation allowance first semester... second semester when I was going to do N5 we then had to submit documents to nsfas again to apply for accommodation. At my student support office. I then went with all the documents needed .but the person assisting me then told me it wasn't necessary to submit the lease agreements and proof of residence and that I should only submit the schools proof of registration and ID copy then return home with other documents.. I submitted and now I notice I only received transport allowance instead of accommodations... normally we pay the landlord every end of semester ... I owe her R9750 and only R5000 was given to me ... because of the negligence of the person from student support who made me submit the wrong things .I'm left stranded and now I have no plan ..I don't knw were IL get the remaining R4750 that Is behind because of that person.
