N3 certificate from South West Gauteng college in Roodepoort

I am having the worst experience of my life when it comes to this school I have been trying to get my certificate it's almost a year now and thy our taking me from pillar to post. I went to their Roodepoort campus since I was one of their student for a certificate reprint that was last year on the 12th November 2018 and I was told I need to deposit money to a absa account and bring the proof of payment wit my certified ID copy, all that was done and submitted to the school on the 15th November but even today I haven't received any help worse they ignore my calls and emails nor rep**** I regret ever going to the school the service and people are not helpful I dnt even know what to do anymore cause I did explain that I really urgently need the certificate but I am not help.
