Exam scripts unmarked or false marks

I have a complaint about my marks. At 2021 I passed and I got a mark of 53% so last year 2023 I decided to go and re do or upgrade the subject and yet again it came back as 53% so I feel like my things were not submitted or they didn't mark. When I ask the lecture she just answered in this way "IT COULD BE"
