Bad Service Received from Admin staff no help provided was told to go

I had a very bad experience i have actually been humiliated and chased away from the college today.I have app**** online then on Friday the 26.01.24 i received an email that my application is approved and my status changed to admit personal and I now need to register its for a Nated n4 business management course when I arrived at the college today I found a very very rude unfriendly lady that was not interested in helping me made me to buy airtime to show her the error I am getting when trying to register she then told me that this error means the registrations are closed i was but mam I am doing part time and I got feedback Friday while I was at work how was I jump and leave everything to come here she told me I need to go back home there is nothing she can do I should leave my number she will ask and call me back I am so not happy with the service received at the institution SWGC Roodeport Campus
