Bad service

I app**** last year manually at, Corner Koma Road And Molele Street, 822 A Van Onselen Rd, Dobsonville, Johannesburg, 1863 ,for admission during application process ,haven't received any source of response from them and by the way I got bad service when I went there by the security and staff by the entrance, Since COVID-19 I wasn't allowed to enter the school so I was attended at the school entrance and dropped off my application. I returned to the school on the 08 April 2021 to enquire about my application same thing happened, no checking of documents to check what went wrong with my application all I got was the same attitude and bad service the lady I found there by the school gate (entrance) told me that they sometimes don't respond to application so I didn't get a response my application wasn't successful yet in their application form it doesn't say anything about not getting a response means your application is unsuccessful. So I don't know how they work but I'm totally unhappy with their services this is my 3rd time being turned back home because of the same thing. Please look into this.
