Extremely poor service

Communication with south steeze is next to impossible, ordered my item the 27th,today its the 5th. Sent an email sometime last week to which they responded that apparently they have tried to call to which I apparently ddnt answer. Emailed them same day to notify them that everything is correct. Till today I have not received. Don't know if I'm ****med and my money is gone. It's been over a week close to two weeks actually, so much for delivery with 3-4 business days. Order at your own risk.
