EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

I am extremely unhappy with their service. I placed an order on 26th November. According to them, they deliver within 3 - 5 working days. I still haven't received my product. It is impossible to get hold of them. I have sent messages to the 2 whatsapp numbers (they dont have a phone line), Facebook messenger, Facebook, email and their online chat line (several times). I have received 1 response about 5 days ago via email saying that my product will be dispatched. NOTHING YET!!!!!! I have tried phoning on the 2 whatsapp numbers too, with no luck.
