Do not buy anything from South Steeze they are ********

I placed an order with South Steeze in November to buy a Manchester City Jersey, when the jersey came it was a small size so I requested for a refund and they said they don't do refunds yet they have a refund policy on their website. I then requested for an exchange and I had to pay the courier company to have the item picked up from my home. I got an email to say I will be receiving my item soon. After over 10 whatsapp messages I have not even received an apology and no item was sent. These people are ********, DO NOT buy anything on South Steeze they give small businesses a bad name. Terrible service
