Simple Toilet Problem

<p>South Side Plumbing sent a plumber to fix our leaking toilet; this was through our Household Insurance with OutSurance. The Plumber came, sorted toilet, we were happy for a few days, the problem started again. We called them back twice as the problem continued. But on the second time the plumber told me that the problem was with regard to us not working well on the flusher. I explained, that no one would break a new flusher and that the quality of product cant possible be that weak. When we called a third time as the problem continued, the operator at South Side Plumbing, told me the plumber said the child in the house was pressing the flusher too hard. When we questioned this, she said she would call the plumber, but he most likely won’t come back as it is our fault and not their workmanship. I CAN NOT understand how such terrible service delivery is deemed acceptable.</p>
